While there are fears that civil liberties are receding or being curtailed for marginalised groups like migrants and women around the world, the past decade has also seen a huge rise in protest, participation in public life, and voting. The public is demanding more ways to claim their ‘participatory’ role so that they have a stronger voice, and a role in global system. We support organizations that are trying to create innovative ways to increase citizen participation and catalyse their power to solve complex problems.
